Rename incidents
Once you identify the reason for a failure, it makes sense to change the name of an incident to something more descriptive to help your team and yourself better recognize what it is about.
You can now rename incidents after they’re been declared.
Pick a date range for all issues
Some teams have already been using Synq for quite some time, and the history of issues is getting long.
We added a date range selector so you can scope down the issues to any time period you need.
This will also help when referencing past issues or for reporting.
